Aloft Kathmandu Thamel
Stayed at Aloft before and after trekking to EBC-Gokyo. Really wonderful hotel. A great place to recover after two weeks of heavy trekking. Very clean and luxorious and centrally located in the Thamel tourist area. Very friendly staff nice ambience and good food!

Unfortunately not a very good hotel. The air conditioner is blowing right in the bed, making it impossible to turn it on when you sleep. And when you turn the AC off there is no air left in the room.
