“Our host Cam was great. He had all the detailed info ready for us when we arrived. I liked that our room was close to our car. The room had a comfortable bed, a walk in closet, and a nice updated bathroom. The lanai was nice every day along with a kitchen that has everything. This is a big house with different units with private entrances. The location is superb. Walking distance or a quick drive to anything..beaches.. pool

“Did not use either airconditioning or laundry other than putting sheets in at stay's end as requested. Did use dishwasher which worked well. My adult son is in treatment for cancer and cleanliness is paramount. Some pots were dirty, which I cleaned. We did not use outside furniture as it was dirty and a couple of chairs were broken. "Hotel was an older property, in a quiet part of Lihue. Room was in reasonable condition, the room was clean but showed some of the age of the property but don't think that is an easy fix and was part of the charm. The room fridge was very helpful, as was the small amount of utensils provided. All the staff were very friendly and kind. Was able to store luggage prior to check-in and after check-out which was a big help. The coffee available was good and an added bonus. Parking was limited but never had any problems finding a space. The local chickens were a bonus, watching them strut around the streets. "
