“Post hurricane Lowell we could not have been in a better place. The staff were amazing and made our stay very comfortable.”

“This is located in a private neighbourhood with private security etc, looked like rental properties or timeshares, well maintained and looks very nice but not quite the vibe we were looking for. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had a washer and dryer which was appreciated. No AC but many fans. Grocery store and restaurants located a short drive away at the entrance to the private neighbourhood for provisions.”

“Room was as described inside but this room is just facing the parking lot. There is no garden view and you do not see any part of the garden. Room is clean. Property is clean. The pool and beach are amazing. Staff was not overly helpful, maybe to be expected at an owners property. And they said they would do room service once and never came. I would book the property again but a different room. You didn’t get what you paid for with this one.”

“Listing was extremely accurate regarding location, layout, amenities, and activities. We were very pleased with our unit. Even though the property was a bit dated, our room was extremely clean and well maintained. Onsite property management was excellent and the service was outstanding. Vacation Candy also provided excellent customer service and I would certainly recommend Vacation Candy as the only property manager to use for any VRBO location.
