“Helt okej boende, A/C beläget precis bredvid ena sängen. Mycket djur på inner”

“Hotel was an older property, in a quiet part of Lihue. Room was in reasonable condition, the room was clean but showed some of the age of the property but don't think that is an easy fix and was part of the charm. The room fridge was very helpful, as was the small amount of utensils provided. All the staff were very friendly and kind. Was able to store luggage prior to check-in and after check-out which was a big help. The coffee available was good and an added bonus. Parking was limited but...

“We stayed at the outrigger for 7 nights on our honeymoon. It was almost 2 months since the hurricane so some damage and operations outages were to be expected. I just wish we had a little heads up about what wasn’t working yet, like the outside pool bar and pool limitations, since I called a few weeks in advance to ask. We opted for one of the rooms upon booking that hasn’t been remodeled but our issues with cleanliness was mostly from lack of maid services. They promised at least limited...

“The overall hotel experience was great. The staff were all super friendly and helpful with any questions or issues that arose. The room itself was very clean and comfortable for our stay. No issues with parking, as there was always a spot for us to find and even if we had to walk a little further from the main parking lot it didn’t phase us as we got to experience the beauty of the resort as we did so. Breakfast has great hours and offers a good variety of food and drinks at the morning coffee...

“Not happy with my stay”

“Fantastic place, large rooms that are neat and clean. Some parts are a bit outdated but for us that wasnt a problem. Friendly and helpful staff, quiet place and a nice pool area. Very highly recommended!”

“Very friendly snd helpful staff. Stayed up to greet us in spite of our late evening arrival.”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best Birthday Stay Ever! 🌺 We had the absolute best stay at Hale Hokuala Kauai! The hotel is absolutely breathtaking, extremely clean, peaceful, and secluded, making it feel like your own little paradise. The amenities are fantastic, and there’s even a beach access path right next to the hotel. The location is perfect because you feel tucked away, yet you’re conveniently located near everything on the island. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, and they went above and beyond to...

“There were fruit flies in my room during my entire five day stay. The owner of the room did not leave a phone number so that I can contact them regarding the issue. I was never given an email with the owners information. I asked the front desk and they said I should’ve received an email but I did not. The room needed to be painted and the bathroom shower faucet kept dripping. The doors covering the sliding doors would not open fully so my view of the mountain was blocked. There was only one...
