âDo not ever book this motel. If you can live with celings falling down, curtains hanging down, broken furniture, ac sounding like a train, etc. You still have to meet the most unhelpful, rude, not caring, lying to your face staf. Since we talked with 3 different staf member we really cant recomend this place at all.
We needed to get a shuttel from the airport, so I called before we got on the plain to tell them when we would arrive ( that is what they had written on their paige). The man did not...
âThe property was clean well cared, there's a full kitchen available on site, and 3 bedrooms each with their own key. The price made a good option on budget as I wasn't going to be doing much in Manhattan so just really needed a place for spending the night till my next flight.
An uber from the airport was $13 which was nice. From the property, I was able to get to Manhattan and back in about 50 mins by taking the bus 107 which was about 8 blocks away and a few dollars, so it was very convenient....

âGreat for sleepover between flights, nothing more, great service with free shuttle bus from the airport, sad we couldnt get the same service in the morningâ

"Do not ever book this motel. We needed to get a shuttel from the airport, so I called before we got on the plain to tell them when we would arrive ( that is what they had written on their paige). The man did not listen at all. He just said call again. So I did that 2 more times with the same result.
So when we landed I called again. We went to the place for the pick up. A new man said it shuttle was on the way. (we new that it takes 10-12 minutes to the hotel). After 20 minutes I called again. The answere was: He is there in a couple of minutes. No he was not. I called back again after 10 minutes and now they hangd up on me 4 times. After 40 minutes I called again telling them we would take a taxi (12 minutes the trip took) then the man said it was because of the traffic the shuttle was late. No it was not.
So we did take the taxi and it cost us 45$
When we got to the hotel over an hour later than we should , the men didnt even apologize to us.
My husband asked to change the room and they said the motel was full but we checked it and it was not.
How can anyone behave like this?
So sad and disappointed.
