“To start, the drain pipe on the front of the hotel was on the ground. Great sign of how the rooms are maintained (they're not). We walk in the front door at about 10pm and see another couple who had been waiting for a clerk to check them in for 15 minutes. One of them went behind the counter in the back room trying to find an employee. We ended up calling the hotel and one of the staff members answered and finally came down the stairs to help check everyone in. Check-in was smooth but they...

“The room was soooo filthy we didn't stay....the room had bugs, both dead and alive; it stunk like an ash tray, despite being a "smoke free room"; when we asked why the room was so filthy we were told because the facility is an extended stay hotel...not sure what that has to do with proper cleaning but...word to all...DON'T STAY HERE!!!! The front desk told us, "This is what happens when you stay at a ghetto hotel". DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!”

“I’ve stayed in rundown motels and I know what to expect and what I’m getting for my money. But this place was unacceptable and for around $90 a night it’s upsetting. There were so many bugs in my room. And everything was extremely dirty. When I first got to my room I killed around 20 bugs crawling on the floor, walls, countertop, and fridge door. I was grossed out but gave the place a chance. When I got back to my room later in the evening and turned the lights on to discover tons of bugs...

“Very clean beautiful quiet place to stay. Didn’t really see staff except to get key. She handed us the key when we walked in door and pointed where to go. Didn’t say welcome or tell us anything about the place. Just might have been nice to feel welcomed and little about the place and area. Felt more like she wanted us to just go to room. Granted it was 4:25 but they didn’t close until 5. The room was very nice and clean. Bed was terrible though. Hard and you can’t move without it sounding like...

“The front desk attendant when I checked in was very rude and unprofessional and the willingness to help me cancel my reservation he told me he would not help me that would be for the manager to do. Tone was disrespectful and uncalled for. The manager I dealt with the next day was amazing and assisted me and took care of the issue I had.”
