“Went for breakfast at 9:03 lady that worked there did not want to help us”

“Arriving to Fairfield we were greeted with nice enough hospitality but there were three people located in the front chatting with the manager. While walking in they looked at my fiancé and I. I thought nothing of it and went to go park my truck extremely quick while my fiancé had our luggage heading to our designated room. In that short amount of time I was gone which was around a minute the young man was trying to talk to my fiancé. My fiancé of course did not respond to these flirtation...

“The room floor was sticky and smelled musty. Other than that the stay was decent. The staff were nice. If you’re looking for a breakfast option, look somewhere else because they don’t offer it. Only have a vending machine that barely has anything snacks in it.”

“The art was whimsical and modern. Nice decor. But really not relaxer kid friendly. The walls are super thin. And after telling us that kids were allowed at the pool part but not recommended, they put us in a room overlooking the pool. The music was still loud that it was really a nuisance.”

“It was verry dificult to park the car when you not have a frontdesk and no were to put the car when you fix the practical things. I don´t like hotels without peopele to talk to also when you have other language in the bottom and not understanding everything. it´s was also verry difficult to understand which elevator system to use for parking and guest floor.”

“No bathtub, pool closed. Not in the best area. But room was clean and tidy”

“We ha d to wait 30 - 45 minutes because our room was not ready. We came at check in time 3pm. I found a brown stain on the side of the mattress. The bathroom door was hard to open and close. The size of the toilet was small, smaller than have had at any hotel. Beside that it was an ok stay. What I expected for that level of hotel”

“Room was clean and area was calm, close to plenty of restaurants. Breakfast on the property was fair for the price. Would definetly stay again.”

“The hotel is adorable with a very accommodating staff. My only real issue with the property is the walls are very thin and you can hear your neighbors. Other than that it’s a great option.”
