“The hotel looked nicer in the pictures than it was in reality. Very small and worn rooms, which were damp and uncomfortable. The room was very sensitively. No paintings or any color. “I did not get to stay at the OVO, I booked the wrong date (my error), but having paid Expedia for insurance that would alow me to make changes to the booking, the venue wanted to charge a handling fee that was 100% of the room cost. seeing that it would have cost me the full room cost on top of whatever the actual day would cost me I decided not to cancel and to book elsewhere.”

“What a treat this place is. We had an amazing nights stay only sorry we didn’t book for longer. The den was beautiful well equipped. The bed was extremely comfortable and the kitchen accessories were great. The surrounding area was beautiful and meeting and feeding the alpacas was a special experience. The hosts were extremely pleasant and made us feel at ease. Highly recommended.”
