“Too early in the season for the pool to be active, but it looked nice. Staff were all very nice, even let us check in a couple hours early.”

I wasn't expecting sound proof by any means but the walls are VERY thin and you hear EVERYTHING!! And the room temperature kept going up and down all night, weird but not unbearable.”

“I was really disappointed with my stay at Bayshore Resorts. From the start, the room felt incomplete, no clock, no phone, not even a pen and pad. The balcony was dirty, mirrors grimy, and no washcloths in the bathroom. And when you say ‘resort,’ you expect some basics, like a coffee maker or lite breakfast. There weren’t any. To top it off, the elevator was out, so we had to drag ourselves up three flights. The hallways were disgusting! spiderwebs, dust, zero care. And the swimming pool was out...

“Travelling with family for a one night stay just passing through Sandusky. Pictures did not do it justice. First of all the surroundings seemed a bit shady and felt generally unsafe. Room was worn down. Key machine was malfunctioning so check in took a long while. Internet access took forever which they blamed on the bad weather. People were being noisy late in the evening and no one seemed to care. Reeked of weed. Would not recommend for a family.”

“The room was very clean and welcoming. Breakfast was very nice with many options to choose from. I loved the little scones!!! We sat out on the patio and had breakfast overlooking the water which was lovely. ”

“The staff is super helpful, the rooms are unique and the area is very nice. The “Oh Taco” restaurant on the premises is a must, especially the guacamole with feta and honey! Don’t miss out on that! Would absolutely recommend staying here.”

“This little spot is just absolutely adorable. Clean, well kept, quiet and pet friendly. We were in town for a long weekend at cedar point, and this was perfect for being able to go to the park and come back, rest, and return to the park. We will certainly be back.”

“Great place to stay for visiting the park and the staff were all very nice and helpful. Our room was very clean and provided a comfortable place to unwind after a long day in the sun. We didn’t utilize the pool ourselves but it appeared very clean and well kept like the rest of the facilities.”

“The pool was at 50 degrees, they wouldn’t turn on the heater. They don’t set foot in your room unless you are there for more than 3 days. This means no towels, beds aren’t made, no tissues, and out of conditioner. They didn’t have any milk for breakfast and our tv needed to be “reset” every am in order to work. The only pleasant fella was the guy working breakfast. He needs a raise and should give lessons to the other staff members working behind the desk. We had a boys basketball team at...
