“The front desk staff is incredibly nice and helpful. Great location close to restaurants, shopping, and Cedar Point. The hotel is older. No elevator, no luggage carts. Dirty old carpets in hallways. Our toilet seat was dirty. We had to go to the front desk every day to ask for clean towels. Our room had a musty smell constantly. The water pressure is low. The shower curtain wouldn't stay closed.”

“The staff is super helpful, the rooms are unique and the area is very nice. The “Oh Taco” restaurant on the premises is a must, especially the guacamole with feta and honey! Don’t miss out on that! Would absolutely recommend staying here.”

“Breakfast was great. The only reason I gave it a 4 instead of 5 is because the pool temperature was a bit too cold, otherwise it was a great place to stay.”

“Definitely a hidden gem. You don’t think your Going to walk into what you get with the look of it from the outside. The rooms were Clean and spacious and a full size refrigerator ! The lobby is so pretty Vintage couture vibes !”

“I loved it right from the outside; when you walk in, it looks very clean—it actually looks even better than the location where I work for the same company. Everything was very clean and lovely. The room also looked great and comfortable. The only issue was that the sink was a bit dirty—just the sink; everything else was excellent. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good 👍 and the pool was great too. and I would stay there again”
