“Great location, nice apartment. Poor communication with owner they don’t reply back for extended periods of time. Never replied back to the fact that the door doesn’t latch on the apartment unless it’s locked.”

“The HOST (aka managing rental company needs to improve upon their communication. Per Vrbo confirmation, the access code was to be sent at Noon on day of arrival. Then HOST said it would be sent before check-in time was was 4pm. We did not get the code until 5:45PM and this was after alot of phone calls and help from island residents. “We stayed here while in town for a funeral and it was the perfect space to host an after gathering. Layout is great. Beds are so comfy that i requested information to purchase one. Bathrooms have high end ammentities and toilets/bidet. Rooftop patio has great view but unfortunately i was there in winter so we couldnt utilize it. Kitchen was fully stocked with cooking and up to date appliances. This by far met our expectations and we will return. ”
