The nautical decor was fun, the accommodations were very comfortable, the conveniences of hot water & laundry machines were very nice and the overall accommodations and amenities added to a very clean environment.”

“Steve made it very easy to check in and out. Everything was laid out easily. The home is beautiful. We had a girls weekend and had the best time hanging out together at the house . Enjoyed one night in downtown PC but it was their off season so not much night life. Pool and patio were beautiful!!!!!! They had everything you needed at the house for an enjoyable stay. ”

“The Villa was beautiful, the hosts have done an amazing job on the furnishings and decor, every detail thought of from well-equipped kitchen and grill to games and extras in case you leave something at home. It was so quiet and peaceful around the development. We enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to return! The Villa was exactly as pictured and Lynn was so helpful, checkin and checkout so easy. ”

“View of the lake, tiki bar and all the things we needed. Plenty of towels, stocked kitchen and a great location! We loved the addition of the golf cart to get all those supplies down to the beach! ”

“First, Michelle and Cliff were the best hosts! They made sure we had everything we needed and checked on us often. They were even worried when we got lost. The house was very clean as were the towels and linens. We had enough silverware and dishes even though all we needed was coffee. The A/C units kept the house FREEZING!!!”
