“Due to a rescheduled medical appointment, I paid a $44 CAD fee to change my check-in dates. Upon arrival, I found out that the 3-person breakfast originally included in my booking was removed, forcing us to pay for breakfast out of pocket. Paying a modification fee only to lose an included benefit is very disappointing and unreasonable.”

“We had some problem with the AC in our room, it had a loud rattling noice. Staff checked it up and offered us another room. The AC was still somewhat noicy in this room as well but far better than first. We think maintenance did some adjustments because it was better later in the evening. Otherwise good location and friendly helpful staff. Bathrooms could need an upgrade. We could stay again.”

“Skönt och lugnt hotell med bra service och sköna sängar.”

“Nicest room I’ve had in years, clean room great mattress. The complimentary breakfast was very good . Did not use pool or weight room both however looked great.i would not hesitate to give a 10 out of 10!”

“Room was great and clean for what we needed for just one night. Building is older and this carpets are very dirty in halls. Rooms and halls have minor damage expected of an old building Breakfast was very very basic, which for someone like me with food allergies, I basically couldn't eat much at all. But there are breakfast options not in the building.Probably may need to get the toaster checked at some point, it was struggling to work. Staff were very nice”
