Never had a problem with my koho credit card staying here till April 11 2026. If you plan on staying here and using your koho card be prepared to be turned away.

Breakfast was very simple. The bad they didn't keep yogurt on ice so the one I grab was warm (didn't have it). Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott West Kelowna
The hotel was beautiful. However there were some issues. Firstly, we stayed for 3 nights and on the second full day at 2pm our room still had not been cleaned.
