“We only spent one night at the hotel, but it was just perfect. Beautiful property with well appointed rooms. We will absolutely stay here again in the future!”

“Only issue was parking. Garage was full which apparently never happens but then we had a difficult time parking and had to pay for valet. Valet charged more than was posted at the entrance and literally just left my car right on the street for the night.”

“We stayed for two nights and as said in the advertisement of the hotel could we expect daily cleaning. Coming back from business on day two we found the room not to be cleaned. We went down and asked why. Our story ended with the manager asking the police to eskort us out within 10 minutes . We left ,and went for another hotel in Ann Arbor. Still they keep charging me valet parking twice and the deposit which they use to have as a safe if something breaks down. ”

“I stay as for an outpatient visit to U Of M hospital. Great location for being downtown and proximity to the hospital facilities. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly, and ballet service was convenient. Ordered salads to go from the bar, which has a tapas menu. Service was good, but took a while for two salads to be prepared and the salads were OK, but not great.”

“Locarion was excellent, The experience had the potential of being desirable, with the exception that on 2 nights (we had a week long stay), they somehow neglected to service our room. After a full day outside, you expect to come to a clean room, but that was not the case. With proper attention to critical guest amenities, it would have been a different story. “I stay in Ann Arbor because it is convenient to my children's college. But I stay at Kennington because they have the BEST SIZE AND WARMTH OF AN INSIDE POOL YEAR ROUND!! “The place was perfect for my needs, very clean and had what I needed. Could use a bit more gear in the weight room but it was enough. The courtyard was very nice. Staff was great. Add a free real breakfast and it’d be perfect.”
