“Friendly staff, nice breakfast, clean room”

“The host was nice a friendly, we got our room automatically upgraded to a larger one which was available. The decoration is cozy and maximalist. The room's lighting was not great, which the host mentioned, but sufficient. The host was also very accommodating with allowing luggage storage later into the afternoon. Breakfast was tasty, included fresh berries with yogurt.”

“The staff were friendly, attentive, and welcoming. There are many common space areas to sit and visit which was great for our family trip. The restaurant and lounge were not only conveniently located, but the food and drinks were delicious!”

“We stayed for two nights and as said in the advertisement of the hotel could we expect daily cleaning. Coming back from business on day two we found the room not to be cleaned. We went down and asked why. Our story ended with the manager asking the police to eskort us out within 10 minutes . We left ,and went for another hotel in Ann Arbor. Still they keep charging me valet parking twice and the deposit which they use to have as a safe if something breaks down. ”

“The Stone Chalet B&B Inn is a beautiful property. The rooms are unique and interesting. The gardens are lush and perfect for relaxing in. I was impressed by the excellent breakfast provided as well as their helpful and friendly staff. The inn sits within a terrific neighborhood that is nice walk to downtown Ann Arbor. I look forward to staying here again.”
