- no availability in the restaurants for 2 of our 3 night stays (never experienced that in any hotel I’ve stayed in before) - we weren’t pre warned we would need to have booked in advance
- felt like thy catered for external guests over those staying in the hotel - whilst they helped provide details of two other restaurants locally they were also fully booked
- called down to reception from the room to change the time of a booking and they said they could cancel it but if I wanted to change the time I would need to physically go down to the restaurant myself as they were too busy - do a high class hotel in though this service was poor
- cleanliness of the rooms was great but in some of the areas I would say it was poor - very dusty and in the restaurant the floors were filthy under the benches
- the gin / whiskey bar was amazing and the manager was wonderfully helpful such fantastic service from her
