“What an adorable place; so boutique and unique. Mattress was very comfortable. Only stayed 1 night, but wish we were staying a week.”

“hotel staff went above and beyond with great service. from a free bottle of wine delivered to our room to the restaurant giving us an apple to staff bringing toothpaste to our room. when i left a hairbrush in the room, they had it in the lobby in less than 15 mins. from checkout so that I didn't end up going home without it. they were wonderful! we plan to be back.”

“Location is good. Rooms are big. Shower is fantastic and the products too. Blackout curtains very good. However for the number of stars the hotel have it’s a bit of a disappointment. Pillows were lumpy, other guests were rowdy at 2am 2 nights, feels like a party hotel. No stairs to reach your floor, you could only exit. Elevator often busy due to bar and resturant being on the top floor. AC not quiet. Doors slams when closing. ”

“Room was clean but some items needed repairs mostly in the bathroom. Also, be ready for charges not listed like daily parking and a $75 dollar a day for incidents held upon arrival that may or may not happen”

“Stayed for four nights and no complaints about the room, although the elevator was slow and often filled (and stairs were not an option due to knee injury). Breakfast options were great each morning. Some front desk staff were helpful, but others were not so much. Parking spots were not always available, but we were finally advised of another option on our last night (a little too late). We experienced an issue with being double-charged for the entire stay on two different cards, so we had to...

“We chose this hotel bc it was in close proximity to the Uptown Theatre and we were seeing a show there. That was the only plus. The floor in the bathroom was very sticky, and the floor lamp in the bedroom was missing a shade. The worst part: one of the employees let themselves in to our room at 7:30 am. It was an accident, but completely scared us and felt very unprofessional. Would not stay here again. ”

“This hotel is undergoing heavy construction. The email they sent after I booked said "light construction" but our hotel didnt have water or cable when we checked in. The receptionist offered a refune since amenities werent available. She said I had to contact expedia first. So my party canceled and got a new hotel. The hotel is now not responding to Expedia. I recommend going somewhere else. ”

“Totaly amazing! If you go to Kansas you must stay at this B&B. The house was amazing, fantastic old irish style with autentic furnishing. But it was the service and the kindness from the staff thar mad my whole stay! And the breakfast!”
