“Allowed us to check in early. Staff were all amazing. Room was clean. Only issue was that the room smelled like marijuana so bad it gave us a headache. It dissipated after awhile, but wasn’t the best smell walking into the room for the first time. Everything else was fantastic! I’d stay here again.”

“Location is good. Rooms are big. Shower is fantastic and the products too. Blackout curtains very good. However for the number of stars the hotel have it’s a bit of a disappointment. Pillows were lumpy, other guests were rowdy at 2am 2 nights, feels like a party hotel. No stairs to reach your floor, you could only exit. Elevator often busy due to bar and resturant being on the top floor. AC not quiet. Doors slams when closing. ”

“Lovely room with a great view. Staff is excellent. Location is absolutely perfect: There's a streetcar stop directly outside that drops you off at the Plaza on one end and tons of other attractions on the other end — Union Station, World War I Memorial, much more. Westport restaurants are very close by. CONS: The food is vastly overpriced and middling at best. The breakfast buffet is currently $25 per person and the food is not better than you'd get at any breakfast buffet. I don't mind paying...

My only recommendation is that if you are unable to walk up stairs with your luggage you need to communicate that fact in advance. My daughter and I dragged our luggage upstairs. There is a pull up location where you can walk through the gate to the rooms upstairs near a trash dumpster. However you do not have a code for this gate so if it...

“It was a very fun place to stay! You walk past a vibrant bar on the way to check in. Our room wasn't ready. But, we were able to leave our bags since we had somewhere to be. Our bags were in our room when we returned, The room was spacious, updated and clean. There was a stocked mini fridge. But, left room for our own drinks/food if we wanted to add our own items. There were many restaurants & bars nearby. There is a rooftop cinema about a block away. No driving or ride sharing needed for that....
