“The Pinecone Palace cottage I stayed at was wonderful. It had everything I needed- clean room, comfortable bed, TV, outdoor space, and kitchenette. The outdoor space included a table and chairs and a fire ring, and parking was close. There was a heater and humidifier to keep me comfortable, and the kitchen area was furnished with dishes and utensils, and had a table with pull out stools. I would recommend Bear Necessities Cottages to anyone looking for a perfect stay, an easy drive from downtown...

“We were very disappointed, as it did not match the pictures. Property was unkempt and overgrown with weeds. The outhouse had cobwebs and was not very clean. The cottage was a bit rundown, and poorly supplied. There were no paper towels or tissues, and only 2 little kitchen towels and 1 washcloth, so it was difficult to maintain any decent hygiene, or even wash the dishes. If you are considering this place, bring towels and all your own supplies. ”
