“My family of four had a pleasant stay here. The property was exactly as my son had requested - a woodsy lodge near a lake. Our room was tight but it was clean and we had enough soap, towels, etc. We had dinner at the restaurant and it was very good. We had to wait a bit to be served, but we were told that as we were seated. If a restaurant is busy, then I assume that it's because the food and service are good, which is was. “an interesting stay, a very fancy house turned into an airbnb. we arrived late at night so we quietly slipped off our shoes in the foyer(as requested) and went to our v large rooms. used the lovely huge kitchen in the morning to cook n take our meals n left. saw not a single other soul though we knew other ppl were there. It was competitive priced and well appointed. good one plus that wonderful wooden bench at the entrance and the gleaming stone of the kitchen countertop. there is old money...

“Such an amazing place. The staff, food, and proximity to wildlife/wilderness are all outstanding. Anyone looking to head off into the last great frontier should have a stay at the Summit Lake Lodge for a night or two. Recommend renting the lakefront cabins, as waking up to a cup of coffee in bed with incredible views helps start any day with a smile. A special thanks to Brandon and Lindsey for making it a very memorable trip for my entire family. ”

“This is a great property! Cute and homey with coffee and tea supplied daily. The only thing I would change are the beds. They are a little worn out and are full size. They really need to be queen size to sleep comfortably for two. Management is attentive to your needs and promptly sees to all your needs. I would recommend this property. ”
