“We had a great time at the river bend. The house was missing some basics but it is close to hannafords where we were able to get everything we needed (garbage bags, dish soap, dishwasher packs). Fairly close to downtown (about a mile) and we were able to walk. Would stay here again.”

“A really nice beach type cottage with easy access to much of the southern Maine coast. Modern bathroom and kitchen with comfortable bedrooms. A very homey feel overall with very attentive hosts who kept up with us via electronic means and made helpful recommendations. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to be near the coast with a little quieter environment.”

“We enjoyed everything about the place except the beds. Both the king and the queen mattresses were very uncomfortable, very hard. So we ended up sleeping on the bunk bed mattresses which had more give to them.”

“We rented the house to celebrate my mother's 60th birthday with a small family vacation and it was perfect! We were able to bring my mom's dog and the four of us had a wonderful and relaxing time. The house was great and is in a great location. The view is even better in person!! The only issue was that the heat was on 55 when we arrived so it took a few hours for the house to warm up - but it did no problem and the electric fireplace helped a bunch! I highly recommend staying here.”

“The property was as advertised. Very clean and very well equipped. Robin was right next door and very responsive but not intrusive! Close to a small beach and Saco River, but away from the craziness of Old Orchard, which was a short drive for amazements. We went to the the Children's museum in Portland, ME which was crazy but awesome for the grandson.”

We were also greeted with a nice deck of Maine cards, chocolates and a gourmet jam from Stonewall Kitchen. Khloe, our Great Dane felt at home as well. We are so very thankful to the Graves Family for allowing dogs in this wonderful house! We will definitely stay there again!”

“The property was great and a very convenient location to the beach, shops, and pier. They have everything you could possibly need except food and clothing! Very clean, TVs and ACs in every room. The only challenge as others mentioned is parking. It is a tight fit and if your tires are on the sidewalk you can be ticketed. On our second to last day we were approached by the parking patrol and told this. He was super nice and said he wouldn't ticket us but another may. I said we were leaving the...

We did go out to dinner twice… the Earth at Hidden pond and Via Sophia by the Sea… both minutes away… both 5 star restaurants that did not disappoint.”
