VAs we were pulling in, unable to get in, a most likely “ homeless” man swinging a baseball bat and angrily yelling something at us as he was approaching us set the stage for us. No place for an elderly lady and 2 children to stay. Immediately called host, who ASSURED me if there were any issues she would be accessible !! No response. It was storming so we finally got in.
