“Fantastiskt och mysigt med det lilla extra! Små detaljer som en liten sloe gin på rummet och fina val av material. Lyckats bevara charmen på ett modernt sätt. Bred frukostmeny men även kontinentala frukostval med utsökt yoghurt, juice och varje dag färska jordgubbar och bär. Mycket uppskattat! Bra parkering utanför dörren. Trevlig personal i receptionen och på frukosten. Kommer mycket gärna tillbaka!”

“Negatives: Cobwebs all over the ceilings in room and bathroom. Bathroom seen better days, very worn/mouldy stains. No heating, at least not functioning. Beds rock hard and bedding torn. Breakfast options mediocre. Pub stopped serving food quite early in the evening and didn’t always offer everything that was on the menu. Positives: good size room/bathroom. Nice with the adjacent pub. Big garden and parking lot. Bus stop nearby (3 min walk). Friendly staff.”

“I couldn't make one single negative comment about this place, it was fantastic. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the hosts were warm and welcoming, the breakfasts were first rate and the pool was a great bonus. The views in every direction were stunning.”

“Very welcoming arrival with a small tour around the grounds. Rooms clean and suitable for the 1 night we was there. Small communal area with tv, fridge and basic cooking equipment was a great little touch.”

“Excellent quite property with first rate modern amenities but with old historic feel from the hard work by the owners to bring back a luxurious comfortable English Manor House feel. I will be returning in the future and enjoy the place. All the details gave me the best night sleep that I can remember.”

“the room was very small with a wardrobe seperating the toilet from the bedroom so not even a door and opposite the toilet is the sink and then the shower with a shower curtain no obvious sign of the extractor working above the toilet.dated and not a place that should charge the amount they do,”
