B&B för Kent

“Advertised as an apartment with breakfast included. But in reality is a chalet bedroom and ensuite. Breakfast was 2 mini yogurts in the fridge, a couple of tiny croissants and cereals. Beverages are DIY. Check in is via a member of staff behind the bar in the pub. Unresponsive to phone calls with the number provided prior to the stay where I attempted to know if there was possibility of an earlier check-in but since not being able to get through I had to check-in at the standard 3pm. “Beautiful room, friendly staff. Shame that breakfast wasn't served until 8am as I was travelling for work I needed to leave before then so left with an empty stomach. I was told there would be continental available but could not see anything to take with me,”

“Beautiful surroundings, charming and a nice dinner. Bed, bathroom etc. is at most average.”

“Very friendly host! Tall persons shall try to get rooms on first floor”

“We were truly overwhelmed by this beautiful accommodation. The interior was both elegant and full of character, reflecting the hosts’ experiences from different parts of the world. The inviting afternoon tea, served with delicious pastries, was a real treat. Breakfast was exceptional, well infarct truly outstanding. The surroundings added even more to the experience, with Sissinghurst Gardens as the crowning jewel. There are also some good restaurants within a short distance from the hotel. We...

The sea is a longer walk but there is no traditional seaside as such. However, Deal which is only 15 minutes drive is...

“Rob och hans hustru var underbara värdar. Rummet var så mysigt och sängen underbar. Rob förklarade var vi kunde rasta hundarna och det var i ett vackert landskap. Vill gärna komma hit igen. ”

“We had a wonderful stay here. The staff understands hospitality and will make you feel right at home. Our room was clean and spacious as well as extremely comfortable. We will stay again if we return to Dover”

“Nice and private”

“Bed was super comfortable and Lisa was a great host. Nice breakfast and delicious coffee every morning. Only issue is the bath as it took forever to get hot water. Think it is just an old inn so just result.”
