“Nice place”

“Stayed one night on the way home from the Delaware Beaches. Overall it seems to be a well managed hotel, and some of the rooms have a wonderful view over the bay. We arrived in the middle of a rainstorm, and our first room, with a view, had a bit of a damp smell to it. After alerting the staff, we were moved to another room - larger but with less of a view. The neighborhood is a marina with several seafood restaurants on walking distance. The free breakfast was OK, although a bit limited....

“My family and I love staying here a few times a year. Its always so beautiful, scenic, and friendly. We feel like the whole estate and property is just ours. The staff is always professional, friendly and caring, and Heather will always greet you with a lovely smile. ”

“The house was perfect! Had all the amenities of home. Adam answered all our questions quickly, which made the stay more enjoyable. Highly recommend, and if I'm in Kent Island again, this will be the first place I request.”

“We were on Kent Island for a family reunion. This property comfortably accommodated our group of 6 adults and 4 children ages 10-16 (3 families). The bedrooms were large enough and spread out enough to allow for privacy and quiet spots. The volleyball court was a big hit with everyone. There were many games and additional game equipment available. Great weekend. Thank you. This is a second rental we have made with Donna and will be back again.”
