“Vi booked a room through Hotels for five adults and came to the hotel late night - we got a small room with two queen beds but nowhere for the fifth person to sleep. Asked for an extrabed but they were out of those. They said we could book another room for one person instead. I think if you are able to book for 5 adults at your hotel then you should be able to supply a bed for the amont of people booked.”

“This hotel was not much more than a motel 6. It was filthy, old and in much need of repair. There was a roach in the tub which I took a picture of. The safety bar in the tub is hardly attached. The TV only worked using the physical button on the TV. Remote did not work. Couldn't change channel or volume. Breakfast at 8am was cold and old. They could not make more eggs. I couldn't find any help to even get a napkin. Carpets were dirty. Elevator made scary noises and fridge made loud noise all...

“We have stayed here several times! However, the pool wasn’t maintained properly and had turned somewhat green! Out of the three days we were there, we could only use it one day! A little disappointing for a visit at this location!”

“It is very nicely located by the beach. They were friendly and helped us with codes that we hadn't received before, the same evening we arrived. However, the floors were really dirty and the main room reeked of urine. We couldn't air out the stench and had a hard time being in the room.”

“This was by far one of the best stays we had at the beach. The room and property looked almost new and so so clean. The pool area was amazing, fenced in and you could always see a member of the staff come in and ask if anything was needed. “One of the two pools was closed and staff kept saying it would be open on next day, but when next day came, there was another excuse. So, one pool was open and was filled with children so not relaxing at all experience for older adults. Staff was very friendly and helpful in other issues.”
