âVi booked a room through Hotels for five adults and came to the hotel late night - we got a small room with two queen beds but nowhere for the fifth person to sleep. Asked for an extrabed but they were out of those. They said we could book another room for one person instead. I think if you are able to book for 5 adults at your hotel then you should be able to supply a bed for the amont of people booked.â
âThis is the 2nd time we have stayed here. Staff is always friendly, hotel is clean, and breakfast has a great selection. The only negative is the curtains in the room. The lights from outside shine in, making sleep difficult, and shines on the tv which makes it hard to see. Overall, we love staying here. â
âIt is very nicely located by the beach. They were friendly and helped us with codes that we hadn't received before, the same evening we arrived.
However, the floors were really dirty and the main room reeked of urine. We couldn't air out the stench and had a hard time being in the room.â
âBeen staying here for several years, always love being near the pier. Pray the pricing stays affordable. Jackie and staff are so nice, thanks to everyone!!â

âStaff were very accommodating as we were traveling with our infant. Were able to move us to a room with a fullsize fridge to help us store frozen milk. Very nice stay. â
âThis hotel manager and receptionist not kindness. They are only focus on money, not safety. I want to leave hotel early because of Debby hurricane and they donât give permission. They donât give me any receipt about early leave. They want to stay at hotel in hurricane and unsafe with my 3 children.â
âThe experience was great! I wouldn't come back to this property due to the money spent wasn't really worth the oldness of the unit or lugguage carts. But the view was the best!!!

âThe dishes were dirty when we arrived from previous guests. The dishwasher did not work well during our stay and after running it 3 times the dishes were still dirty. The tub was clogged and backing up anytime we took a shower. The location was great and the view. â
