I was unable to set or change the temp on the A/C unit and it was quite warm in our room. I reported it at check-out & I’m sure they’ll handle the necessary repair. “I friend and I booked this hotel since it had good overall ratings, but it turned out to be the absolute worst experience we’ve ever had — we were literally fearing for our lives. We were given one of the rooms furthest inside the complex next to some other occupied rooms, even though it seemed like there were many other available rooms at the property. “We got a suite and it was beautiful. We didn't know the fridge was gonna be a full size that was a nice surprise. And the kitchen sinks bigger then mine. Plenty of room for the 5 of us (nephews staying for the summer). Only con was the bathroom has a barn door style and we would of liked a little more privacy. But the room divider curtain was a nice touch.”
