We were given one of the rooms furthest inside the complex next to some other occupied rooms, even though it seemed like there were many other available rooms at the property. âOriginally had our room of a 1 BR mixed up and not available had us in a 2 queen room. Talked front desk & they had no 1 BR available. Was going to cancel but decided to wait & see if they did anything next day. They rearranged their reservations the next day & moved us to the room we had reserved. Anyone can make a mistake, it is how it is corrected that counts and they corrected their error. Great front desk staff. Many restaurants nearby. â

âOne of the best experiences that I have ever had at a hotel. The girl that checked us in and out was awesome. Very friendly and very helpful. Also, the girl that took our order for breakfast was really sweet and nice. She took good care of us - it's been a while since I've seen good service like that. If we ever make a trip back to Alexandria, we will for sure be staying here again.â
