âThe service was really great, however when I got into the hotel room there was hair in the sink, and the shower was not too clean. I purchased my own cleaning items and wiped everything down. Also the A/c was very loud and at some point in the middle of the night it sounded like it started dripping. Also, when I arrived I noticed the toilet handle was broken. â
