“The first apt they give us,very dirty. Dust everywhere the bathroom have mold Bed bug on bed and the apartment smell. We asked to be moved and the same thing with the second apartment with a bit clean. I have to clean the apartment my self to make me comfortable.I found out on the last day of my trip that this apartment only to be rented monthly and good luck if you lost your property in this apartment.The agent was not honest.I will NEVER stay here again.”

“Always nice to stay in Ascott. Room was clean and spacious, they gave the best service to accomodate my requests and trying to make sure any small problem is solved immediately. My only problem is that they offer smoking room but you can't open the window / vent, so it gets very smokey at times. There was also a little mishap with their communication with hotels.com where they thought I was supposed to checked out that day, but I have extended my stay from even before I arrived.
