Wander just 100m to pick up local produce or enjoy a delicious Cumbrian meal out in a pub or restaurant. Stroll less than 500m to reach the shores of Derwentwater and take a cruise out on the water. Head 1 mile to the marina, near Portinscale to hire canoes, kayaks and paddleboards. Lace up your walking boots and venture out to discover Walla Crag or climb Skiddaw. Attempt the 9-mile long Coledale Horseshoe, which starts at Braithewaite, 2.5 miles from the apartment.

Step inside to discover an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, with three sizeable windows that bring the natural light streaming in.
