“Location of property was great but! Stairway was dirty. The unit at first appeared OK but definitely wasn’t a cottage as stated in description. Inside closet in one bedroom was not clean and was not usable. Dishwasher was full of dishes. Bathroom sink drained very slowly must be clogged. Toilet seat was extremely loose, shower mat for tub to prevent it from being slippery was filthy! Full of mold! “The cleanliness of the laundry needs to be better for that perfect stay. Towels smelt of dirty water and the bedding had terrible stains.”

“The Tops is a lovely property, well equipped and well presented. Although dog friendly there is no outdoor space, but that was ok as it's located just 1 minute from Hope park. Only one minor point, the sofas could be comfier.”

“Stay with family for the Keswick mountain festival, ideal location within easy walk of the town and other attractions. Plenty of car parking however, cafe below recently changed hands so expect to be much busier and with subsequent noise increase when reopens in Sept. Could do with wifi extender to reach back bedrooms as poor also tv remotes need batteries none that worked throughout.”
