Nyrenoverad för 2017! En stuga med mycket hög standard i ett lugnt, upphöjd läge med fantastisk utsikt .. Bottenvåning:
Vardagsrum / matsal: Med Freeview Smart TV, DVD-spelare och Bluetooth-högtalare.
Kök: Med elektrisk ugn, gasspis, mikrovågsugn, kyl, frys och diskmaskin.
Torkrum: Med tvättmaskin och torktumlare.
Sovrum 1: Med king size-säng.
Sovrum 2: med två sängar.
Badrum: Med badkar, duschkabin, toalett och handdukstång .. Första våningen:
Sovrum 3: Galleri med öppen trappa till vardagsrum / matsal, två enkelsängar och badrum med badkar, duschmontering och toalett. . Centralvärme för gas, el, sänglinne, handdukar och Wi-Fi ingår. Barnsäng och barnstol finns. . Gräsmatta trädgårdar med främre och bakre del av sittplatser. Privat parkering för 2 bilar på framsidan av fastigheten; lossning endast på uppfart. Ingen rökning.. Nyligen renoverat till en hög standard under 2017, har Brandelhow ett perfekt läge i Keswick, inom 10 minuters promenad från både centrum och Derwentwater längs en privat körfält i ett lugnt bostadsområde. Brandelhow är en bungalow i sovsal och ligger i en något upphöjd position som tillåter härlig utsikt över fällorna som omger Derwentwater, med en titt på sjön och fördelen med en stor trädgård med gräsmatta och privat parkering. Kvalitetsmöbler och inredning tillhandahålls för din njutning och spektakulär utsikt från sovrummet och vardagsrum / matsal garanterar en avkopplande vistelse. Rummet på mezzaninstil på första våningen bibehåller integriteten och har egna badrum. Brandelhow har mogna, väl etablerade trädgårdar fram och bak med en mängd sittplatser för att beundra de många enastående utsikten. Uppstigningen av Walla Crag börjar i slutet av vägen och med många andra promenadmöjligheter från tröskeln. Butiker, pubar och restauranger finns i överflöd i Keswick med Brandelhow som ger en lugn reträtt i slutet av dagen. Keswicks berömda teater vid sjön är bara en kort promenad och väl värt ett besök. Butik, pub och restaurang ½ mil.

Very clean, very comfortable beds, I couldn’t have slept in the upstairs due to the low ceiling rafters I’d have hit my head, beautiful views from lounge / bedroom, everything you could possible need inside. Was a little disappointed there was no welcome pack/wine usually this is left & especially at Xmas time. We were 15 minutes late leaving at 10.15, the cleaner I’d say was quite rude didn’t want to speak to us & didn’t appear to be a very nice person so we felt it kind of put a bit of a dampner on our final day as we hurried out. But it’s a lovely clean bungalow to a high standard

Simply stunning accommodation, very stylish and comfortable furnishings and beds. Immaculately clean and well equipped. Owners have thought of everything. Our teenage daughter loved the upstairs room and Alexa was a huge bonus! Location and views are gorgeous from the front and rear of the property. Highly recommended. 10/10

This was the best cottage we have ever stayed in.

This was the best cottage we have ever stayed in. It was relaxing to gaze out at the view of Derwent water and the fells beyond. My daughter loved watching shrews in the garden and my husband loved having Netflix and music courtesy of Alexa! The cottage is conveniently placed for all amenities in Keswick. We cannot wait to book again for our next visit to the Lakes.

We were a family of four adults and two children. Plenty of room, spotlessly clean, lovely fixtures and fittings. Kitchen well equipped. Lots of outdoor furniture. Walk into Keswick takes approximately 15 mins. Dustbins not labelled and difficult to understand what went where.

Brandlehow is an extremely comfortable and well equiped property. My only complaint is with the local agents - Cumbrian Cottages. Arriving early after a 200 mile plus journey during which my husband was taken ill, we asked politely if we may enter the property early. The assistant sitting opposite the door of the office was most unhelpful. We srated that we didnt want to unpack byt just to get my husband near a bathroom. We met a flat NO. We aporeciate the need to clean and the property was indeed spotless. It was just a shame tgat a 70 years plus person was forced to sit outside a supermarket fir over 2 hours to be near a bathroom. We thoroughly enjoyed Brandehow but unfortuneatly left early for home as my husband was still unwell

Nice & clean other than the oven, lovely light lounge lots of windows, comfy beds, good bedding. Missed having a welcome pack, milk, tea & coffee would have been nice touch. Furniture generally good but settees soft and a bit uncomfortable. Liked the 3 seating areas in the garden, good quality furniture, good for dogs, being secure with the lockable gate. Overall we had a lovely 4 day break, only minor niggles, would stay again.

Quiet.

Quiet. Lovely view. Clean comfortable and tastefully decorated property in a really good location both for fell walking and walking into town. We hardly used the car. Settees are getting a little uncomfortable but that is the only criticism. Beds great. Owners have thought of every thing to make the holiday easy - drying room, torches, hose at back door for muddy dogs and boots. Kitchen very good. Lovely bathrooms. Really enjoyed our week there.

this was our 2nd time and it felt like home. everything you could need is in the house. the only downside is the tv stations, free view and no HD, but that’s just what we are used to. Great location for town centre, the lake and Fitz park for the dogs
