“My daughter and I had a wonderful stay at Berlima Wooden Lodges. The property feels like you are in the jungle. Quiet and peaceful with nature sounds all around. Clean comfortable bed, wonderful staff, the best breakfast. It would be a lovely place for couples. It is about a 15-20 drive into town (due to traffic) but Grab cars are inexpensive. I would stay here again. Thanks you!”

“First and foremost the people here really took good care of me and my family. Communication was easy, their response time was fast. The villa we stayed at is beautiful, the beds are so comfortable we had a good rest there. It was also easy to set up spa treatments. The food they prepared is also restaurant quality. All in all, I would highly recommend families and couples to stay at this property if you’re visiting Bali. Many activities to do. ”

“We loved this option because of the location in the town of MAS which is a much more authentic Bali option than the hassle of UBUD. Around the area are many wood carvers - so you can find a lot of amazing antiques, masks, etc. We had a MANGKU (local holy man) we visited that lived near there. There is also an INCREDIBLE restaurant across the street called TonyRaka which had really authentic and healthy Indonesian food - we ate there every day. Plus the location is Eco - it doesn't use chemical...

“Helt fantastiskt ställe, som en oas i naturen! Hufsat Nära till Ubud, kanske 30 minuters promenad. Personalen var otroligt trevliga och tillmötesgående! Vårt rum var 5 steg från poolen, allt inom räckhåll. Underbart! Fint rymligt rum, allt fräscht och bekvämt. Det enda som kunde förbättras var vissa rätter i restaurangen, samt vinet. Annars jättebra! ”

“This property looks amazing in the pictures, and it did not disappoint! It is located in a quiet village close enough to Ubud but far enough to avoid the busy night life. It is surrounded by rice fields and a short walk to some great views. The host was outstanding and very accommodating. The villa was in superb condition, clean, well kept, will all the amenities of a 5 star hotel. The water is from a private well and also available filtered from the kitchen so no worry about drinking the tap...

“The hotel was very nice. We stayed in the two villas that sleep 4 people. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Their air conditioning was only for the bedrooms. The staff was very kind and helpful. They had a driver with the hotel, so getting into town was easy. We tried walking from the hotel to find a restaurant and ATM and didn't find anything except one bakery that was walkable. you need a cab or gogek to get anywhere.”
