“This house was excellent. Very clean and had a well-stocked kitchen with everything you need. Also had plenty of towels for the family. The beds were very comfortable and it’s very quiet. Very easy to get to Penn Yan by car in a few minutes. We will definitely rent this property again.”

“The property had a lake view and the inside was dated but clean. As we parked next to the house, the garage on the left (which belongs to someone else) had broken windows with junk inside the garage. Not a big deal but not a good first impression. The bathroom is very small and is directly off the kitchen. Kitchen and living room are adequate. “The place was very nice! Many nice touches and we didn’t need anything. Just a heads up that the space at the lake is down over a steep hill, so be prepared to drive down if taking many things to enjoy around the fire pit. Front porch was a great place to sit in the mornings and the neighborhood was clean and quiet. Kitchen was well stocked and loved the decorative touches ”
