Just a note that it is the lower level, so you will hear the people walking around downstairs. Also, it is an old house that has been rehabbed, so the bathroom does have certain aspects of it that are still that of an older house. But...

“Great location, walking/biking distance to restaurants and breweries in Traverse City. The bakery next door was clutch! We loved being about to walk to the waterfront on Grand Traverse Bay (about 10 minutes), as well as restaurants in the nearby Oakwood neighborhood.The property is well-maintained, clean, and cutely decorated. We have an older pup, and the steps to this unit were a bit steep for him, so next time we'd opt for the first-floor unit.”

“Very cute bungalow and very clean and updated with everything you need to stay comfortably! Loved the decor and everything about it. Only complaint is that its not as remote and secluded as the photos lead you to believe. It's on a street with other homes that you can see from the front and side windows, and no window treatments on the living room or kitchen windows.”
