“Room was clean, had lots of items that were paid forward like coffee, filters, cooking spray. Also has two beach chairs, sand play kit, and towels. My best advice is to take bug spray for the mosquitos…sadly, they ruined the trip for us.”

“We enjoyed our stay here! Check in and check out was super easy. The fruit infused iced water at check in was a nice touch. We liked the coffee, fresh fruit, and water bottle filling station that was available in the common areas. The room was a little small but worked for the two of us with a convenient mini fridge. The hotel is very clean and organized and we enjoyed having a pool with floats and lounge chairs. Parking was on a first come first serve basis and was a little tight but we didn’t...

“We love staying in the Shipyard and find it a fantastic location. This property was the best unit we’ve stayed in. Very clean and comfortable with awesome decor. One room is a little tight with the queen bed taking up most of the room but the bed and bedding were very comfortable so it was easy to forget. Highly recommended.”

“We stayed for a long weekend and really enjoyed the Fontana Room at Azul Mansion. We were able to park on-site and check-in was very easy. It was walking distance to everything: Smathers Beach, the Southernmost Point, and Mallory Square. The pool was nice, and the amenities were great: fresh, cold water always available; Kuerig and pods in the room; plenty of towels including pool towels. Only downside was the pool lights shown into the room at night so room darkening curtains would be good. We...

“Condo needed some TLC. Sliding door did not slide well or close well. Interior doors were not clean. Instructions did not include what we might need like trash bags, salt and pepper, extra paper towels. Only 1 set of towels for 2 adults for a week in bedroom 2. 2 sets for 2 adults in bedroom 1. Only 3 dishwasher cubes for 4 adults for a week. Overall a good week.”

“My husband and I just got back from Key West. We had a fabulous time and loved where we stayed. Ken, the owner, is terrific. Great communication, excellent tips on things to do and places to eat. It a large house and you have a room to stay in with your own bathroom, small kitchen and bed. It was perfect for us. We will definitely be back next time we visit Key West. Thanks Ken for being a great host!!!”
