“We had a great time at Pagitt House. The location is central to everything you’d want to do in Key West. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed. We didn’t use the kitchen much but it was well stocked with whatever you might need.”

“This house was great. We had an amazing time. No complaints at all. It was walking distance to all the fun places. It was equipped with everything you need and the pool was an added plus. Cant say enough good things about it. The owner was also great to work with. We loved it!”

“Great location and nice accommodations. Very enjoyable trip. Located right by Duvall Loop free trolly so no reason to pay for the old Town Trolly. Only negative is I don’t like having to wash dishes and put away, having to strip beds and do their laundry. This is my vacation so I could do these things at home. Manager helped 2 old people with our luggage because we thought the elevator was out of order. He even took it up the stairs to our bedroom. So nice and helpful!”

“The stay was excellent, a beautiful home with lovely touches to make you feel comfortable. Overall I gave the highest rating, but the TV didn’t work. The manager was attentive but still took a few days to resolve the issue. Also, pool guy arrived unannounced to service the pool, I would have preferred notice. As I said it was overall perfect in terms of location, cleanliness and charm, would recommend it!”

“The view was wonderful. Great place to see sunrise every morning. This was a girls trip. If you are just there for fishing, this place is perfect. The refrigerator and freezer smelled of fish. Even after 3 nights, the smell was strong. I recommend bringing some arm and hammer baking soda for both fridge and freezer. The place is pretty close to Key West, so location is great. “Good place. 3 bed rooms all with Queen size beds. It was perfect for us. We sat on the porch mostly when we were there and played games. Not a long ride to Key West. Overall- we were happy and would stay there again.”

“If you like being right downtown in the middle of shops, restaurants and entertainment this place is for you. We parked our car upon arrival and never used it until check out. This is the perfect house for two or maybe three people. We really had a great time.”

“Condo was clean and as advertised. The amenities were great. We used the bikes, the beach chairs and coolers that were provided. We had a plumbing issue but Judy was right on it and it was fixed the same day. We ran out of garbage bags and paper towels but we managed. Not a huge issue but wanted to point it out so it can be addressed with the cleaning company. Overall, a wonderful place to stay.”

“The townhome was nice and is located in a quaint community. The pool area was beautiful. We found that we needed to Uber into Key West since parking is very limited and we were told the bus service is often not on time.”

“Everything about this was perfect. Location is great. Having a parking spot right at the rear of unit was a huge plus. Communication with property manager was a breeze (and he even got us in early!) Unit was super clean, updated and well stocked. Having the concierge service was definitely an added plus”

“Good location as far walking distance to a Cuban food truck- Luna. Hogfish is a good restaurant, good seafood and good service, short walk. Property was clean. Beds comfortable. Mostly quiet. It’s about 3 miles from Key West.”

“My daughter and I stayed in Cudjoe Key to be close to Key West. The location was good. The unit had everything we needed both inside and out. We grilled and cooked which was great. The beds were comfortable. Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate and excursions were cancelled so we spent more time in Key West than we had planned. But the unit had lots of games and the TV had the tennis channel which was very nice. All in all, it was a good time.”

“My husband and I just got back from Key West. We had a fabulous time and loved where we stayed. Ken, the owner, is terrific. Great communication, excellent tips on things to do and places to eat. It a large house and you have a room to stay in with your own bathroom, small kitchen and bed. It was perfect for us. We will definitely be back next time we visit Key West. Thanks Ken for being a great host!!!”
