Casa De Cuba a Beach House - kubanska Flair steg från Duval

Plats! Stil! Elegans! Denna restaurerade "strand" hem är fantastisk kombination av allt en bra semester egendom borde vara. Ett halvt kvarter till Duval Street i det historiska distriktet, kan denna plats inte slå. Hemets historia är rik ... nära den historiska Gato Cigar-fabriken som nu återställs och används som länskontor. Duval Square ligger tvärs över gatan med tre restauranger, affärer och till och med en salong och närbutik. Den bästa hemlagad glass i Key West ligger precis nerför gatan!

Huset är vackert inrett med varma färger, sofistikerade möbler accentuerade med kubanska och strand tema konstverk. Det finns både ett vardagsrum och läsarea framför huset och ett inomhus / utomhusrum för att njuta av den tropiska livsstilen i Key West. Ett stort bondgårdssort sitter i solrummet med franska fönster och dörrar med utsikt över poolen direkt från det nya köket med svarta graniträknare och rostfria vitvaror.

Sovrummet är vackert inrett med sin svarta penna stolpen och unikt badrum med spa-stil fåfänga. Det andra sovrummet sitter på baksidan av huset och känns som master suite med franska dörrar till utomhus sittgrupp och pool.

Den 21-fots långa värme valfri pool har bänkar på varje sida för avkoppling (en med jets!) Det finns ett utomhusbord och närliggande gasgrill för ute- / utomhusmatsal.

Absolutely beautiful and luxurious inside and out! This home is in a perfect location, walkable to all the Old Town sites, but on a very quiet, peaceful street. The private pool and garden is amazing!

Lovely home, nicely appointed, which looks exactly like the on line listing photos. Extremely convenient location between Duval & Simonton. Some construction work in the area during the day, but it was not particularly noisy. Our family of five really enjoyed our stay. My only suggestion for the owner would be to consider a pool vacuum, as leaves were constantly falling on the deck & in the pool.

House is well appointed and comfortable. Only complaint, the bathrooms are not ventilated. There are no exhaust fans and the windows are painted shut.

Excellent location. House was spotless and very safe/secure. Comfort on all levels; patio and pool were fabulous. Bedrooms were spacious and VERY comfortable. Living room, kitchen and dining were relaxing/functional. Highly recommend this location/home for your adventures in Key West!

Our time in Key West was awesome! Snorkeling everyday, great food, lots to see, walking, golf carting, Dry Tortugas, Bahia Honda, great place to stay. We can't wait to come back.

The house was a perfect size for our family. We had room to stretch out and enjoy ourselves. The pool is a little bit small, but heated and in the shade, which was nice in the afternoons when we come back from the beach. Location was great. Just a few steps from Duval Street. Our teenage daughter and her friend were able to walk and get food and smoothies and we didn’t worry about at all. Being a few steps off of Duval I will say it was a bit noisy but typically that died down by midnight. Owner was wonderful to communicate with and check in process was easy. House was clean and well maintained.

Location: 1 mile from Mallory Square House was very clean and well laid out. Good water pressure (it's never great in Key West). Landlord was very responsive. Would definitely stay again

This is a fantastic property. Very clean, very comfortable furniture, fantastic amenities (including coffee grinders that are not on the amenities list) and a fantastic location. We would definitely stay here again. There is a little bit of noise. The generator of the municipal building next door did do a maintenance run Wednesday morning, the filter for the pool is right outside one of the bedroom windows. But these are essentially white noises that aren’t that loud. You’re also less than a block off Duval, and there are plenty of people walking around, but what do you expect; you’re less than a block from Duval. None of these issues would prevent me from booking here again, and I only mention them because I saw other reviewers mention them and wanted to give my two cents. As I said, overall this is an excellent VRBO property and experience.

The property was perfect for our grandparents, children, and grandchildren group and even exceeded our expectations. Property management was incredibly responsive to our minimal problems and proximity to Duvall was wonderful! Highly recommend!

My husband and I visited Key West with our 3 year old twins and my in laws and the house was PERFECT for us. Plenty of space and the house was stocked with all the necessities. The backyard although small felt like our own private oasis. The pool was awesome and great for a plunge after a day out. The location was perfect. Right off Duval but the street wasn’t loud or busy at all. Cute shops and restaurants at a stones throw and a Great ice cream place on the corner. Would stay here again for sure!!!

This house was perfect for our family. We rented a golf cart for the week and we had a spot to park. The house came with some extras like hand soaps, laundry pods, garbage bags and spices. They also had nice bath and pool towels. The pool was a little chilly but our littlest didn’t mind. We would bring extra pillows next time. That was the only thing in the house that needed an upgrade. We would definitely stay here again!

No need to look any further. This property is perfect. From the check in process to the checkout process. No problems. The location is perfect, the house is perfect, and the temperature of the pool is wonderful. Plenty of room, everything is in great shape. We loved it and would love to come back.

Casa De Cuba hits the mark on everything! The location is perfect; walking distance to Duval, but yet quiet at night. Every amenity needed, is provided! Space/Rooms are more than enough, very comfortable for 5 to 6 adults. And the Pool was perfect for relaxing / spending quality family time together! Would highly recommend!

We had a fantastic one-week stay with our 2 teen children at this home. It is located near various good restaurants and a 15 min walk to Mallory Square. The home has a lovely plunge pool area for lazy afternoons and cozy spaces to spend time with each other and also spread out. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking. The house has lots of charm and we hope to return again soon.

Casa de Cuba is excellent. We spent a week, 2 adults and 3 teen/tweens and it was perfect. Very walkable to almost everything, but still on a quiet street, and the pool was well used between other activities. Extra large pool towels are a nice touch, and everything was well furnished.

We have gone to Key West in February for the past 10 years and stayed in many different types of accommodations. Casa De Cuba is, by far, the perfect place for 2 couples or a family. The home is so well laid out , with space for everyone to relax . It is also beautifully appointed with lovely furnishings , a fully equipped kitchen, and impressive artwork. The beds and linens are extremely comfortable. We spent the majority of our time around the pool area and shaded porch . It was the perfect place for morning coffee and afternoon naps. A previous review indicated that the generator next to the property was a nuisance and a real negative. It only came on once during our week and I believe that you will either sleep through it or if you are an early riser, take a short walk to La Grignote for a cup of coffee and a delicious bakery treat. After 10 years, we have definitely found our perfect vacation accommodations in Key West. Thank you Dean for making our stay so comfortable and memorable . See you again next year!

Wonderful location for both families and friends to gather and to explore Key West. Inviting pool and cabana area. Centrally located for shopping and dining. The decor is charming and thematically correct. Our group wholeheartedly recommends Casa de Cuba. Enjoy stay!
