MAR Y Sol är en vacker 3 sovrum två och en halv bad oceanfront villa på 1800 Atlanten. Njut av de mjuka vindarna från din 60 fots privata wrap runt balkongen med en fantastisk utsikt över Atlanten.

Mar Y Sol har renoverat kök och badrum.


Mar y Sol är i hög efterfrågan så under vi tar endast hyror från lördag till lördag. Om luckor uppstår tar vi kortare vistelser och fyller luckorna
          
Det historiska distriktet ligger mindre än 1,5 mil bort. Du är bokstavligen 1 minuters promenad från vår fantastiska pool och bubblande jacuzzi, vi hade även en bastu på plats. För tennisentusiasten har vi den enda lera domstolen på ön Key West.
Bo hos oss och du kommer att vara tillbaka.

Denna enhet accepterar endast veckobokningar under högsäsong med ankomst på lördag och avresa på lördag. Det kommer att finnas vissa tillfällen under lågsäsong att vi kommer att göra ett undantag från denna regel men du måste ringa vårt kontor för att fråga sig från fall till fall.

  • #TroveOn A couple miles north of Key West, on the right is Boca Chica Rd, follow that road as far as you can and you'll get to the beach at Geiger Key. The road comes to an abrupt stop, the rest of it was destroyed in a hurricane years ago but you can park there and walk out. The beach is secluded and quiet, except when the Navy is holding flight practices. The planes are so close, you can see the pilots!

The oceanfront deck was huge with great sunset views. The condo was spacious for 3 bedrooms and all rooms have access to the deck. The place was a bit dated.Would stay again...

Amazing views.

Love this condo for the views and it had enough space for the whole family to spread out and not feel crowded . It had easy access to the pool and parking was right below it. I liked that they provided plenty of towels, hand soap, toilet paper and blow dryers for our trip. The condo was about a ten minute drive to Duval street which didn’t bother us because there is plenty of pay to park spots all over Key West. One recommendation is I wished they had screen doors on the sliders. There was one propped up but didn’t fit the frame. I would highly recommend renting this condo.

Mom just loved her stay!!!

Great stay, property management is very responsive

We stayed here in mid July 2023. This was during a brutal heat wave in Florida. The property was very nice, however, the ceiling fan in the master bdr was shaking and we were concerned it might fall. Also, the floor fans which were in the closet were broken. We contacted property management the first morning and they were out the same morning to replace both the ceiling fan and floor fans. Very responsive! Thanks for a great stay for our family!

Close to ocean but a lot of seaweed and smell. Didn’t use. Nice pool area. View of pool and ocean. Difficult check in process. It would be a long walk for elderly folks unless you can park in garage. Only one car can park in garage. Dated furniture and decor. Floors were dirty. Comfortable beds. Large condo for families. Can only leave 2 loads of laundry or they charge. Had to do laundry. Dryer does not dry quickly. I recommend cleaning staff take all towels and sheets to wash with bleach. Don’t rely on guests getting them clean and sanitized.

Won’t be back

This property is located in the first level. View is amazing but we couldn’t sit outside without being eaten alive by what locals call “no see ems” Tiny black bugs that leave itchy bumps (ours lasted almost 3 weeks!) It was miserable. Also, if you open the curtains to look at the view the rooms gets hot very fast. AC controlled by property management so can’t try to cool off inside. So with no view and not able to sit outside made this trip not so great. I recommend keep looking before you book this one.

Among the Best in Key West

Loved the 3B/3B condo right on the ocean. It is impossible to stay any closer to the water unless you are on a houseboat. The condos are a bit older, but pretty well kept, and built like a fortress. Our condo was perfect for our group of 6, with 3 sizeable bedrooms and a full size kitchen and large living area. TV's worked great. Also a very nice large wraparound patio, but there may be issues with small bugs (no-see-ems) that are ankle biters. Also, the sun comes pouring in from the east of course, so the condo is pretty bright and warm in the morning. Loved the large pool and hot tub, which were very well kept. There are several tennis courts that are in really good shape. Also, the condo is a 5-minute walk from Smather's Beach, which was REALLY nice and not too crowded. Be sure to note that this condo is on the West side; we tried the East at checkin and couldn't find it. And the condo, being on the water, is a long interior walk from the elevator. The owner and property mgr were fine to deal with so no issues there. Highly recommend this condo!
