    Banana's Foster Guest House is a charming historic conch home in the heart of Key West, just steps from the historic seaport and downtown. After a day of exploring, relax in the shared pool or enjoy a barbecue on the patio, perfect for connecting with other guests. Divided into six individual units, the guest house offers flexibility for both solo stays or group bookings, making it ideal for your next Key West vacation.



    The Space:

    Escape to the tropical paradise of Key West for your next vacation in this cozy studio, featuring a king-size bed and accommodations for up to two guests.



    Stay cool in the air-conditioned studio as you relax on the bed with a book, enjoy a show on the flatscreen cable TV, or use the complimentary WiFi to plan your next adventure. The mini-fridge and microwave allow you to store and reheat leftovers, while the Keurig coffee maker ensures you start each day with a fresh brew.



    Guest Access:

    Our contactless check-in procedure makes check-in easy. Guests will receive a personalized access code prior to check-in to enter the unit.

    The Neighborhood:

    Perfectly situated between Downtown and the Historic Seaport, this location puts you close to all the best of Key West. Enjoy sunset views at Mallory Square, adventure on the water with Fury's tours, or explore Key West history at the Shipwreck and Mel Fisher Maritime Museums.



    While the vibrant downtown ambiance brings some noise, the central location makes it an easy and convenient home base for your Key West experience.



    Just half a block from Duval Street, Banana's Foster Guest House is steps away from iconic bars and restaurants. Indulge in local favorites such as First Flight, Bagatelle, and Two Friends Patio, all within a five-minute walk. For dessert, Kermit’s Key Lime Pie in the Historic Seaport serves the best Key Lime Pie in town, or you can satisfy your sweet tooth with homemade fudge and candy from River Street Sweets.



    If you’re missing something or need a quick fix, Shorty’s Market is just around the corner for your last-minute essentials. For locally sourced groceries, Fausto's Food Market is only two blocks away.



    Getting Around:

    Parking Information: There is no designated parking for this unit. Street parking is on a first-serve basis. Please do not park in spaces that are marked "residential" as you may get ticketed. Please keep in mind that parking in the Old Town area of Key West can be a challenge and many spaces are metered.



    There are a variety of great ways to explore Key West including by bicycle, pedi-cab, moke, scooter, golf cart, Uber, Taxi, or by feet. As this unit is located in downtown Key West, many attractions are within walking distance. Feel free to ask us for recommendations!



    Other Things to Note:

    - The studio is apart of the larger Banana's Foster Guest House on Simonton Street that sleeps up to 18 guests.

    - This unit does not have onsite laundry.

    - Pets Policy: Pets are welcome!

    Our requirements are as follows:

    •40lb maximum per pet

    •$25/per night

    •2 pet maximum

Location is great! The dip pool is shared amongst other guests as noted and it was not frequently populated. The air in the unit is self control which is nice. Plenty of towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash which was used and appreciated. Will stay again!

Location was terrific. It was clean and well maintained. The pool was surprisingly not hot even with the extreme heat. Would stay again in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bananas Foster Sugar Pie Suite! It was cozy, comfortable, and had all the essentials we needed, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and even allowed our two dogs to stay, which made our Key West trip even more memorable.There was plenty of storage space for two people, though a few extra hangers and additional hooks for drying clothes and towels would have been helpful.Being right in the heart of Key West, I expected to hear constant traffic, emergency vehicles, and late-night bar crowds, but it was surprisingly quiet, private, and very easy to sleep peacefully.Our unit did not include a parking spot, but we found parking through SpotHero online, and it ended up being much cheaper than the daily rates at most nearby lots.We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!

Great stay in Sugar Pie Suite

We had a great time staying at this location. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The location was ideal. We had one issue with the battery in the AC remote and it was fixed within 30 minutes of our request. We will be staying there again.

Great Place

Fantastic location and very, very cute. Wish we could have gotten towels refreshed daily - ended up with just one set for the 3 night stay. In hindsight, I probably should have contacted someone - they were always very helpful.

Amazing!

The stay was wonderful. The room was clean and welcoming. We spent so much time in the pool, we ended up making friends with all the neighboring units. The lock on the front gate was not working, I reached out to the host and immediately got a response that they would look at it asap. It was fixed later that night. We felt safe and comfortable during our stay! Thank you so much for the beautiful room and location!

Cute and convenient

Overall it was a great stay and a great location. My only real concern/complaint is that the codes provided were mixed up. We were never able to use (unless left open by the maintenance) the green door closest to our door. The other door it took several tries to get the code to register and get in. Thankfully the area is safe but coming back at late hours it’s always a lil nerve racking not knowing when you’ll be able to get in the gate. I messaged the owners the same way I had for other things but no reply.

Fantastic location, small but clean room. We found it quiet, great little courtyard. Prices high at 500/night but comparable to other units in that KW location. We had an unusually cold night in January and could find neither a heater nor any extra blankets. MOST NOTABLY, however: the steps from our individual unit were poorly lit; I fell one night and struck my head on the cement next to the grill. Please improve lighting of these steps and/or redesign for wider exiting steps. Thank you

RockIsland concert visit

This unit is really quite small (220 sq/ft) but it is very close to Duval street and an easy 15 minute walk from the concert venue. It served its purpose for us just fine.
