Denna lägenhet med två sovrum ligger nära flygplatsen, stränder, restauranger och några minuter från Duval.  Varmt och välkomnande bostadsrätt i ett lugnt gated community vid vattnet. Den öppna planlösningen har utsikt över de frodiga trädgårdarna med skjutbara glasdörrar som leder till den expansiva uteplatsen omgiven av frodigt tropiskt landskap med en antydning av havsutsikt i fjärran.

Detta nautiska hem har all den pittoreska inredningen som passar för ett liv på havet.  Perfekt för en familjesemester i denna mysiga lägenhet.  Matbordet i glas har plats för sex och de två bekväma sofforna är utmärkta för att titta på en film eller spela ett brädspel.  

SLOVANDE ARRANGEMENT ...
Sovrummet har en king size-säng med eget badrum och rummet erbjuder en annan king size-säng. Familjerum har en drottning stor soffa.  Perfekt miljö för familjer eller par som reser med vänner.

Två rymliga sovrum och två fulla bad inklusive en sjunkad badkar och fåfänga med utrymme erbjuder gott om plats för alla. Det finns en bekväm bäddsoffa för drottningstorlek för extra gäster, ett välutrustat matkök med plats för 4, ljus och luftig matsal och uteservering under stjärnorna.

The road comes to an abrupt stop, the rest of it was destroyed in a hurricane years ago but you can park there and walk out. We had a lovely six-day stay here ... it was perfect for my husband and I and two 19-year-old girls who wanted their privacy! The pool area was where we spent most of our outside time ... my husband certainly appreciated the heated pool for doing his laps, then the oversized hot tub to "cool down." I loved the umbrellas and comfy lounge chairs, and the girls just loved the SUN!! The condo was excellent ... beds were comfy, balcony was so welcoming, especially coming from frigid Illinois! All in all, we enjoyed ourselves immensely, and it didn't hurt that the weather cooperated all week long with no rain and 75 temperatures every day. We love Key West!

The deck was scenic and the property had everything you needed. Extremely clean and the beds were comfortable. You can walk to Smathers Beach in 5 minutes. The pool was clean and warm.

Absolutely beautiful! Pictures don’t do it justice. We only cooked breakfast but I’d LOVE to have that kitchen. Plenty of space. If you enjoy sipping coffee on the balcony looking out at a tropical paradise, THIS is the place. The pool & spa were amazing About a 20-minute walk to downtown area. I rented a bike. Whitney was fantastic, replying within minutes when we had a question.

The condo was just as described in the ad. The view was nice of the ocean. Parking was a little tricky with the construction vehicles being there but was manageable. If ever visiting key West again we would definitely stay here again

Christmas vacation

What a wonderful place to stay for our first time to Key West. Not to far from attractions but enough where it was peaceful at night. Plenty of room for all of us not to be on top of each other. Amenities were great especially the pool!

Peaceful Pleasure

You will walk into a “friend’s home” who prepared every detail of your stay with tranquility and cleanliness. From each artisan touch to beds from heaven, you will love this oasis in Keywest. Treat yourself to a walk to view the most breathtaking sunrise, but know you will need transportation to hit the hot spots of the island! Whitney is best communicator and we appreciated all her help!

Great place

Really enjoyed the place, very clean and comfortable, great balcony overlooking the ocean. The amenities like the pool and hot tub were very nice and it's a short bike / drive / Lyft from everything in Key West.

Nice location, view, amenities

The condo is beautifully decorated and as well stocked and organized as my own home. Owner has thought of everything! Great location - a short drive to Duval and Mallory Square, with great restaurants and art galleries, but away from that hustle and bustle. Pretty ocean view and garden-like grounds with Spanish moss, palms and orchids. There is no designated parking space but we parked close by when the condo lot was full. There’s a large communal hottub and heated outdoor pool long enough for lap swimming, both with ocean views and neither crowded. Key West beaches are manmade and the beach near condo is narrow and rocky, good for watching wildlife, not so much for walking and swimming. Not far away are 12 public, free pickleball courts with daily open play. Can walk to some restaurants and an old fort garden. Recommend the hop on - hop off tour bus and mangrove kayaking.

Birthday in Key West!

Our stay at the condo was great! Very easy checking in and out. It was very clean and nice for all of us. Our only complaint if you want to call it a complaint was the very limited availability of parking. However, we were informed of the situation before we arrived. We ended up getting a decent parking spot and instead of driving ourselves to locations we took an Uber or Lyft. A helpful hint from a local-Lyft is much cheaper than an Uber!!

Inhospitable Property, But a Nice Condo

This condo is very nicely appointed. The furnishings were beachy and well-maintained. The kitchen is fully outfitted and the owners have provided beach equipment, etc. for a really nice stay. The pictures in the listing accurately portray the condo. Nice place!However, the overall property is very unwelcoming. While it's obvious that many of the owners opt to rent their properties out (like here on VRBO), it seems that the residents and Association take a dim view of that practice. When you arrive you're immediately advised (scolded?) with a detailed list of everything you can't do. "This isn't a resort, it's a community." That community spirit is well exemplified by the bevy of manatees lolling in the pool on their pool noodles and making loud, catty remarks about younger women in bikinis.I wish we could have had this condo in a more welcoming location.

Beautiful property, food scarce

The large and lovely light filled unit itself was immaculate and very well stocked with kitchen equipment, cutlery, dishes, etc. as well as a generous amount of towels and linens. Kudos to the cleaners! Very well furnished, with beautiful artwork, good lighting, balcony furniture, small tables for parking drinks on, all very thoughtful. Good common areas, very big pool. Private beach area is not swimmable, but good views.As this was our first time in this neighborhood, more communication about the lack of food options, e.g. no walkable convenience or grocery store or even a nearby snack bar was an inconvenience after a longish plane ride. The property manager not able to be helpful in this regard. Also the book with restaurants and attractions was not that helpful, no addresses, price points, even type of cuisines, just a listing of the dozens of restaurants by name in Key West. So I'd advise prospective renters to do research ahead of time! A ceiling fan in a bedroom was stuck in the on position and that was not handled in a timely manner, but otherwise all systems worked well.Suggest a small welcome basket with snacks and soft drinks would take the edge off the general lack of sustenance in the neighborhood. The concierge offers shopping services at a cost, and I probably would have taken advantage of that knowing what I do now. But order in advance as there is a 50 rush fee for 24 hour service.
