The road comes to an abrupt stop, the rest of it was destroyed in a hurricane years ago but you can park there and walk out. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Great location for morning walks and runs. Neighbors very friendly. Easy and quick ride to downtown restaurants and beaches. Condo was very clean and well maintained. Great backyard fwiyh sunny afternoons.

Fairway Villa Perfect Retreat

We booked the month of January at the Fairway Villa and the unit worked perfect for us. We lived in Key West years ago and were very familiar with the KW Golf Club community. It is quiet and a very friendly community. The pools and walkability were great for our needs. We enjoyed everyday! The communication from the property manager was great. A couple of items needed to be addressed during our stay and they were taken care of promptly. We would book our time again at Fairway Villa.

Fantastic Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this KWGC townhouse. Everything was as advertised. Unit was clean, beds comfortable etc. Communication was excellent whenever any question arose. Would definitely stay here again. Location was great, just outside of the busyness of downtown key west.

Our February at the KWGC

We enjoyed our month at the golf club. Some observations and feedback: Could use closeable drapes in the porch-to- living area for privacy as well as the front door. Innovative trundle drawers in the bedrooms as a solution to limited. clothing storage worked well. Manager was highly responsive to issues / questions. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Location was rea. The only downside was that the light for the back yard/pool area did not work. I called on Jan 3 to tell the manager about it, but it never got fixed. Would have been nice to sit around the pool after dark, but it was just way too dark to enjoy.

Excellent location for Key West

The location and community was great. The kitchen was missing basic items for cooking. There was no mention of cameras on the listing but there were cameras INSIDE and outside, which I do believe is illegal. Outdoor couch needs to be replaced with a fabric meant for outdoors that will not mold, attract ants, etc. The pools were great, the bikes were an excellent addition. Overall would stay there again with a few minor changes and additional cleaning.
