VÀlkommen till din charmiga privata studiolÀgenhet precis pÄ Duval street! Det byggdes 1919 och brukade kallas Central Hotel eftersom det ligger pÄ det mest centrala lÀget pÄ Duval som grÀnsar till Southard Street och ligger bara nÄgra steg upp pÄ andra vÄningen med utsikt över bÄde Duval och Southard Street.

LÀgenheten har 10-fots tak med flÀktar, 2 King-sÀngar plus en drottning, bÀddsoffa i lÀder, enorm 55-tums Samsung 4k smart-tv, HD-kabel, fullt kök med grytor, kokkÀrl, tallrikar etc., kyl med ismaskin, spis / sortiment, stora fönster med utsikt mot Duval street, Wi-Fi med extrem hastighet och en lyxig dusch för att skölja bort ditt havssalt.

Byggnaden höll en gÄng Chrysler / Desoto bilhandlare, en möbelaffÀr och senare en klÀdaffÀr nÀr Beatles kom till ett köp som fick kassören att passera ut pÄ golvet. Det har sedan renoverats till ett vackert konstgalleri, tvÄ restauranger, en bar och de nyrenoverade lÀgenheterna pÄ övervÄningen. Den stÄtliga massiva betongbyggnaden Àr extremt tyst sÄ att du inte riktigt kan höra mycket av Duval trots att du Àr rÀtt pÄ Duval.

Hörnet av Southard och Duval ligger precis nere, och dÀrifrÄn kan du nÄ pÄ nÀra lika avstÄnd Fort Zachary State Park Beach, Mallory Square, Hemmingways hus och den sydligaste punkten.

Du mÄste kunna ta med ditt eget bagage upp tvÄ trappor som det Àr pÄ andra vÄningen, och det finns ingen hiss till den historiska byggnaden.

Parkering Àr allmÀn pÄ gatan vid uppmÀtta utrymmen. Du mÄste tillhandahÄlla din egen parkering. Det billigaste sÀttet att parkera Àr att först ladda loss din bil pÄ Key West Suites Hotel efter att ha betalat mÀtaren, sedan parkera och betala pÄ det stadsÀgda "Park and Ride" -hörnet i Grinnell och Caroline Street och sedan bara gÄ överallt. Du kan gÄ frÄn garaget till enheten eller hÄlla parkeringsstubben och Äka med deras gratis buss.

Beating Key West at its own game.

Great property in a great location. Located pretty much in the middle of Duvaul st. Can walk to either end of the island and partake in everything Key West has to offer. Great coffee 10 yards from the steps. Amazing late night cheese steaks and pizza right around the corner. And a Walgreens half a block away that really came in handy for hangover cures. My group had a rip roarin time and took full advantage of our opportunity to let loose! Highly recommend this property.

Fun flat on Duval

It was a great place to crash on Duval! Pretty spacious and comfy by Key West standards too. Don't need to cruise too far for good food either - Cuban coffee and breakfast downstairs! If Heros has a musician you'll hear it from the room - but they book some good talent so no complaints! :) Very thoughtful communication & prep by the hosts.

Nice Location for walking downtown KW

Great location in the heart of downtown Key West. Very easy to walk Duval and walk to all the attractions in downtown Key West. Unit was clean and large enough for our family of 5. Street parking was easy to find and found a $10/day lot down the street that worked well for us. We didn't have a problem with noise but remember you are in the heart of downtown KW. When packing, remember you will be moving your luggage from the street up a flight of stairs to the unit.

Location location

The apartment itself has a cool layout, was well cleaned and really nice. 5 stars on all that. Owner was cool and nice. Location is the big deal with this condo- for better or worse. Being in the middle of the action, for us, meant getting woken up each night by all the noise at the bar below. This included a screaming match/brawl outside, lots of drunk people yelling, and an entry hallway right beside the door so you hear every word of the people coming in. So it's a double edged sword for sure.

The location is what makes this a standout. Right in the center of Old Town, a block away from free shuttle stops in either direction. You will not need a vehicle if you book here. Cheaper to Uber or Lyft anywhere you can't walk or the shuttle doesn't go. The manager was very easy to get a hold of and very accommodating to us. Would absolutely book here again.

Cool comfort

Our family of five visited Key West in August. We enjoyed coming home to this cool, clean, and comfortable apartment at the end of the day. The location is perfect, right in the heart of all the activity but not noisy for sleeping. The beds were comfortable and allowed for a great night sleep to regroup for our next days hot adventures.

Home was not very clean,AC didnt work very well

Floors were very sticky, bathroom had hair in the shower area along with the sink area, coffee maker had not been cleaned in a long time, only 1 bathroom towel was provided for the 4 of us window blinds were really dusty.

Loved it

Love the rental all six of us had plenty of room and we loved the shower. Great location right on Duval st. Only reason not 5star was the stairs and we knew that before hand.
