Property location is ideal and very clean! It was perfect for the price and the amount of people we had. The two bedrooms are well equipped with nice beds, however the couch pull out could use an update, in addition to the living room furniture being outdated and had some wear and tear. The backyard area is very nice but could also use some updating. Overall our experience was fantastic for the location and price! The property management was extremely communicative and very kind!

Over all a very good stay. The 2 chairs do need updated, one does have a tear on the arm. it is very close to Duval for walking distance to several restaurants and shopping. The grocery store on the corner is a plus.

Nice place, well appointed and great location. Only real negative was the one full bedroom had no closet or drawer space so we were unable to unpack our suitcase or hang anything up. I wish I had known that but otherwise nice place
