THE LIVING AREAâŠ
The moment you step into the spacious foyer, you'll know you have entered a special place. OLD TOWN OASIS has been elegantly decorated to reflect tropical living at its finest, featuring local art and photography. All of the rooms are over-sized, with 11-foot ceilings and overhead fans.
The large sectional converts to a queen sleeper for extra guests. Thereâs a large Smart TV for those evenings you need a break from the excitement in Old Town.
The kitchen has been equipped with everything a demanding chef might require, on those nights you are not enjoying local cuisine out on the town.
THE POOL & THE BEACHâŠ
The Community Pool is right downstairs, located directly on the waterfront. There are plenty of chaises for your comfort, and a cabana with restrooms for your convenience. Best of all, youâll have âorchestra seatsâ to watch the sun set on the Gulf of Mexico. Fort Zachary Taylor State Park is a half mile away, with the prettiest beach in Key West.

Groups who expect they may cause after hours noise will not be a good fit for this home and should be aware they may incur additional penalties when in residence for violations. There will be a $500 charge for after-hours dispatch of our staff in response to calls resulting from verified noise complaints for violations by our guests in residence.
