You'll be living the island dream with a private deck that overlooks exquisite gardens and a pool with a waterfall feature. A contactless check in/out process with a virtual innkeeper allows for a seamless experience!

Your serenity begins as you step foot into this casual compound with a delightful private porch and conch-style cottage that will captivate your island soul. Carry your crafted cocktail to the deck area and pool which comes heated in the winter months, cooled by the protective canopies, exquisite swaying palms and gentle breezes. Stretch out in a deck chair with your favorite mystery novel or toss some kabobs on the shared outside grill for an al fresco treat.

Delight in your meal creations as this modern kitchen comes with a dishwasher, stove and a full-sized refrigerator. It also includes all the necessary utensils, dishes and cookware that you will need to feed your loved ones. The bedroom features a newly-remodeled king size bed with luxurious bedding, ceiling fan and wall-mounted HD TV. The private updated bathroom has a glass and marble tile enclosed shower with 8" glass wall and door. Make room for others in the comfy living room that offers the convenience of a pull-out queen sofa bed, table seating for 4 and mounted HD TV. This all-encompassing suite has everything you need!

Loved the resort! Very clean and good location. Would be perfect for a large group to rent out all 6 units together and share the common space and pool. Only negative was there is nowhere to store luggage and the check-in instructions made it sound like there was. Once we arrived we asked for luggage storage as mentioned in the instructions and were told they could not accommodate and referred us to the concierge. So I asked the concierge and they told up to look up luggage storage online. Miscommunication had us lugging our suitcases for a mile and half around town waiting for our unit to be ready. So, store your luggage elsewhere...but the stay itself was great!

Our room, kitchenette, and living area were beautiful. The outdoor space and pool were also impeccable and well-maintained. The location was great with easy access to Duval St and many attractions. The area was very quiet. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Check in and communication was a breeze. Suite had everything you needed. A grocery store was a short walk away. Ice for coolers or otherwise was provided on site. Pool area was clean and well kept! Will definitely bring others and book again in future.

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Key West! Everything was spotless and well-maintained, from the interior to the outdoor spaces. The pool area was a true highlight; beautiful, peaceful, and complete with cold water and ice available right on the pool deck, which was a great touch. The location was perfect: tucked away in a quiet area that felt relaxing and private, but still just a short distance from all the action and excitement of Key West. The management company was very responsive and professional throughout our stay. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for the best of both worlds in Key West.

Awesome spot in Old Town

Really loved this spot. Super walkable to all the restaurants and bars as well as beaches and attractions such as the Lighthouse or Hemingway House. Property itself was very charming and the pool area was amazing. Very peaceful stay in a quiet part of town. Communication with owners was great. Would definitely come back.

Great place to stay but….

We recently stayed at The Travelers Palm and were very impressed with several aspects of our visit. The property is beautifully maintained, with clean, well-manicured grounds and a smooth, easy check-in process. The suite was comfortable and located in a prime area, close enough to Duval Street for convenience, yet far enough removed to enjoy a peaceful atmosphere. The hosts were outstanding, friendly, responsive, and thoughtful in providing everything we needed for our stay. That said, while we genuinely appreciated the experience, we likely would not choose to stay here again. The suite we occupied was connected to an adjacent studio via an interior door, which unfortunately offered very little sound insulation. Although our neighbors were not loud, we could clearly hear every conversation, cough, and sneeze, and assumed they could hear us as well. This lack of privacy was a concern. Additionally, the WiFi was extremely unreliable, and we experienced little to no cell reception throughout our stay. While we understand connectivity can be a challenge in parts of Key West, this was by far the weakest signal we’ve encountered in our many visits. We reached out to the host about the issue and were informed that IT support would look into it in a few days, but unfortunately, the problem remained unresolved during our stay. As someone who relies on internet access for simple tasks like checking the weather or booking local excursions, this was a significant inconvenience.

Hidden Gem

Great place to stay, easy walk to everything or you can rent a bike or golf cart. Kitchen was nice size to work in, but we ate out almost always because of the great selection of restaurants. Cabins seemed to be newer, very clean and well maintained. Each of the three cabins is divided into a studio and a one bedroom apartment with a "suite" door if you rent the whole cabin as a suite.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sugar Palm Suite. The bed was comfortable! We enjoyed having our coffee in the rocking chairs on the front porch. My favorite thing, however, was the pool! The location was ideal and convenient!

Great find

Very happy with location — close enough to Duval but far enough for more quiet. We were able to walk to nearly all restaurants, beach, and other attractions. Check-in was easy, communication ahead of stay was clear, place was clean & had everything a traveler needs to feel at home.

Suite for Wedding weekend

Booked for wedding in Key West. Within walking distance to Duval. Water machine was broken but was fixed in a timely fashion. Couldn't locate grill or laundry even though it was listed on property map. Had to walk to Laundromat instead. Kitchen was missing a spatula and some other items. Overall a very place to stay.

Beautiful property in a great location

Overall, the accommodations were very good. The facilities were well-maintained, the grounds were beautiful, the check-in process was simple, and the location allows easy access to everything on the island. My only complaints are (1) the walls between units are thin and poorly insulated. We go to sleep by 10 pm, and noise was often an issue even when our neighbors made an effort to be quiet. If you stay here, I would recommend booking an entire building (2 units with a connecting door) rather than just one unit. (2) The wifi signal was poor. Email worked fine, but streaming was difficult some nights.
