THE LOCATION...
The Beachside neighborhood of Old Town Key West is a quiet, mostly residential neighborhood on the southern side of the island. Just a couple blocks from the west end of Smathers Beach off Atlantic Blvd, and just down the street from Higgs Beach, THE ENCHANTED ROSE is a dream for beach-lovers who prefer to pack their coolers and towels and walk the few steps down to the sand and water. Watch the sunset from Smathers beach or the White Street Pier just around the corner. Take the short stroll to Salute for a beachside meal, or bike ride down to Duval Street or the Historic Seaport for the most popular Key West attractions. There’s off-street parking available in the driveway, as well as additional on-street parking for extra vehicles, mopeds, and bicycles in front of the house.
THE LIVING AREAS & KITCHEN...
There’s not one, but two living rooms at THE ENCHANTED ROSE. The front living room has a plush sectional sofa and armchair facing the large flat screen TV mounted on the wall. Open to the front living room is the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and all of the tools needed to prepare meals from home. The indoor dining table seats four comfortably. Step down from the kitchen into the back living room, which also features a plush sectional sofa and large flat screen TV. The back living room can be made private by closing the barn door and also has French doors that open to the backyard and pool area.
THE POOL AREA...
The private back yard is undoubtedly where you will spend most of your time. You’ll be able to enjoy Key West's beautiful weather year-round in your own private oasis. The pool is perfect for cooling off on those hot South Florida days and can be conveniently heated to your liking in the cooler months. Take your pick of sunbathing poolside in the chaise lounges or relaxing in the shade under the covered patio. The covered patio is home to the outdoor kitchen, which is equipped with a 5-burner propane grill, full fridge, and outdoor TV. The outdoor dining table is also located under the covered patio, with seating for six. The back yard is fully fenced, providing plenty of privacy and there's even an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a swim in the pool or day at the beach.
