âReally nice hotel, went early and asked if we could park up till the check in time, and they said no problem! Leave your car and go enjoy your day, short walk to sea front, went back at 3pm and thereâs a bar situated in the hotel called the hidden gem which we didnât know about, cheap prices and craft beers and ciders too so bonus! Staff were great, room was a family room but spot on for us and the continental breakfast the next morning was fabulous! Would definitely recommend and stay again.â
âGreat first impressions when we arrived, vety helpful and cheery staff in the spa.Checked in and used the gym. The room was lovely, bed very comfortable & super outlook onto the golf course. We had a pizza for lunch and evening meal in the Oak room which was delicious.
The only thing i was really disappointed in, was how miserable the staff were in the Oak room.

Bed is good and firm.
But the sheets, even tho they were clean, had stains.
Very thin walls. I heard when the neighbour spoke on the phone in the room next door. Or when people came in late and spoke in the hallway.
Bathroom needs to be updated.
Very hot water in one tap and very cold in one.
Wall paper is coming off in the room.
No power outlets by the bed, not even usb.
Dirty windows.
I had to move the bed, wish I didn't. Previous guests trash under it.
It looked clean but so many things had stains on it, like the small info signs or the walls, the furniture was sticky.
A hoover was in the hallway, when I walked up the stairs (elevator was out of order) but it was not clean. A lot of dirt in the stairs.
Positive:
Free parking and nice personnel in the morning.
I gave it two chances.
First time was bad, second worse.
