“Unfortunately, our stay at the Hyatt Place in Keystone was a complete bust!! The main reason we booked was the beautiful hot tub with the mountain views, the restaurant on site and the proximity to A Basin. The hot tub was closed. But thankfully, they had a second one that was literally in the parking garage. Ground floor, no view, smells of exhaust as you would expect in a parking garage. The on restaurant at check in, she said would be open at five, decided not to open, which left us with...

“They let me reserve the room at 10pm, then after the payment went through they sent me a message stating check is between 4-7pm if you want to check in later you have to give the 72hr notice and there os NO front desk and no one will be back in office til 9am the next day! So why would you let me make a reservation of there is no way to get into the room?”

“The view was beautiful and the condo was lovely! Cozy, clean, and modern. The pool in the clubhouse was nice and warm, too! Highly recommend!”
